Prior to joining WPWealth, she began her career in the legal field working 8 years in the clerk’s office at the Texas Court of Appeals at both the Sixth and Fifth Appellate District courts.  In 2011, she accepted a position with Dougherty Wealth Management as an Office Manager where she was responsible for various administrative duties.  Through the years, Tania added additional roles in the firm such as Audit Preparation, Billing and Reporting, and Held Away Alternative Investments.

At WP Wealth, Tania brings her vast knowledge of Schwab Advisory Platform and interfaces with Schwab Advisory Support. She excels in key areas like organization, attention to detail, and account administration.

Tania completed Paraplanner training with the College of Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado, and received her Associate and Bachelor of Applied Arts and Science at Tyler Junior College and the University of Texas at Tyler, respectively.

Tania lives in Frisco with her husband and three children.  Outside of her professional life, she enjoys serving in the Prestonwood Choir, spending time with family and friends, scrapbooking, and completing jigsaw puzzles.
