Beverly Black joined WPWealth in 2015 as the Client Account and Trading Support Associate after working in the Whitley Penn billing department group for 14 years. Prior to her joining Whitley Penn she began her career at Union Pacific Resources in 1985 in the Payroll and Treasury Department. Her various duties included preparation and processing of payroll, accounts payable, wire transfers and check inventory. In 1995, she accepted a position at Ernst & Young LLP in the Word Processing Department where she was responsible for proofing and processing financial statements and tax returns. Her vast knowledge and experience at both firms gave her the opportunity to join Whitley Penn, LLP in 2001.

At WPWealth, Beverly performs multiple functions, including interacting with clients, preparing reports, performing account administration, and supporting the wealth management team.  She prides herself in exceptional client services and demonstrates a high level of competency in critical areas such as organization, adaptability, attention to detail and technology.

Beverly lives in Fort Worth with her husband. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, outdoor yardwork and enjoys reading in her downtime.
